Jilin Institute of Technology, founded in 1978 and located in Changchun City, Jilin Province, is a national key technician college approved by the Jilin Provincial Government and recorded by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Affairs of the People's Republic of China, which integrates full-time secondary vocational education, higher vocational education, skill training and skill level recognition.

The college has teaching building, training building, boys' apartment building, girls' apartment building, equipped with more than 30 professional training classrooms, including electronic piano classroom, guzheng classroom, physical fitness room, nursing training classroom, virtual simulation laboratory, multimedia comprehensive training center, etc., and more than 1,800 sets of various types of teaching and training equipment.
